Dry flakes need moisture, not more washing
Small, white, powdery flakes with a tight feeling usually mean the scalp is dry. Scrubbing harder or using strong anti-dandruff shampoo can make it worse. Seoul's cold, dry winters, indoor heating, long flights and hot showers are common triggers.
