What does a scalp detox do?
A scalp detox clears clogged follicles of hardened sebum, product residue and pollution, then rebalances the scalp with a soothing ampoule. At Green Scalp Care in Myeongdong it is done as Scalp Scaling ( ₩110,000) or inside the Korean Head Spa ( ₩150,000), +10% VAT, with a microscope before-and-after.

Congested follicles need more than a wash
When oil oxidises and mixes with dead skin and styling residue, it can harden into small plugs at the follicle opening. Under the microscope these look like yellowish caps around the hair. They can make the scalp itchy, oily and dull — and roots look thinner.
Our detox softens and lifts those plugs, then cleanses the scalp thoroughly and finishes with a calming ampoule so the skin is not left stripped. It is a stronger reset than deep cleansing and works well before starting a hair growth program.
