What is deep scalp cleansing?
Deep scalp cleansing is a scaling and double-cleansing treatment that removes oxidised oil, dry shampoo, styling residue and dead skin from around the follicles. At Green Scalp Care in Myeongdong it costs ₩110,000 as Scalp Scaling, or ₩150,000 as part of the Korean Head Spa (+10% VAT).

When shampoo is not enough
Dry shampoo, sprays, sunscreen and city pollution all collect at the roots. Normal shampoo removes some of it, but the waxy layer around each follicle often stays — and it can trap oil and make the scalp smell or itch sooner.
Our deep cleansing uses a scaling solution to soften that layer, then a careful double cleanse to lift it away. You see the follicles on the microscope screen before and after. It pairs well with a scalp detox if buildup is heavy.
