In Korea, a head spa treats the scalp like skin. Oil, dead cells, dry shampoo and styling residue build up around the follicles, and travel, humidity or hard water often make it worse. A head spa clears that buildup first, then calms and nourishes the scalp — and the massage releases the tension most guests carry in the neck and shoulders.
Every session at Green Scalp Care begins with a microscope scalp analysis, so you see your follicles on screen before and after. Your therapist then picks the cleansing and ampoule for your scalp type rather than following a fixed script. If the camera shows signs of thinning, we explain it honestly and point you to the right hair loss program instead.

How much is a Korean head spa in Myeongdong?
At Green Scalp Care the Korean Head Spa is ₩150,000 plus 10% VAT. Scalp scaling alone is ₩110,000. See the full treatment menu.

Is the head spa private? Is it hijab-friendly?
Yes. Treatments take place in private rooms, and we welcome guests who wear a hijab. Let us know about any preferences when you book.
Where are you and how do I get there?
11th floor, 109 Toegye-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul — about 2 minutes on foot from Exit 5 of Myeongdong Station (Line 4).
Can I wash or style my hair afterwards?
You can go straight back to sightseeing. We suggest skipping heavy styling products for about 24 hours and using a gentle shampoo.
Can a head spa help hair loss?
A head spa improves the scalp environment but is not a hair loss treatment on its own. If the microscope shows thinning, we will recommend a hair loss program instead.
