Not all dandruff is the same

Small, white, dry flakes usually come with a tight or dry scalp. Larger, yellowish flakes that stick to the scalp usually come with excess oil. Treating both the same way is why many shampoos only help for a few days.

Will one session stop my dandruff?

One session usually clears the current flakes and calms the scalp. If dandruff keeps returning, regular sessions plus a home routine work better.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. It is cosmetic scalp care. If your scalp has thick plaques, bleeding or severe redness, please see a dermatologist.

Can you tell if my dandruff is dry or oily?
